This is a vest from the Korean tech brand, LORES.
Purchased last year at the select shop HEIGHTS in Hongdae, Seoul for approximately 170,000 won (about 17,000 yen). It has been worn a few times and stored.
It's quite rare to find this item for sale in Japan.
The model in the image is 183cm tall and is wearing a size L, the same size as this product. I am 173cm tall, and the vest has a slightly relaxed fit, typical of Korean brands, so I was able to style it without any problems.
